A new pre booking in system has now been added to the PDMCC website.
You can only pre book for events hosted at PDMCC although other events are shown on our race calendar you cannot book for these events and you should contact the relevant club for details of those events.
Pre booking does not guarantee you a place at a race meeting and standard rules apply, the facility is granted to help organisers on the day of a race to streamline the booking in process. You will still have to go to race control to pay and to let your presence at the track be known.
You will find this located in two places
Firstly on the homepage where the next race is shown, there is a book now link, this will take your directly to the booking in page for that race.
Secondly on the race-calendar, for each future event there is a book in link, also if people have already booked there will be a view attendees link so you can see who has pre booked.
All fields on the booking in form are required including your personal transponder number and BRCA membership. If you do not have a personal transponder simply write "club" in the space provided so that we know that is your intention. For national events a personal transponder is always required.
If anyone accidently enters the wrong details or books in against the wrong race please contact one of the commitee members or visit our forum to let this be known and a member of the website administration team will correct this for you.
Should this system be abused it will be simply revoked, its here to help the smooth running of race days and enable us to get races up and running that bit quicker.
